Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Any used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
